Narendra Modi pays visit to Shirdi Sai Baba temple
Ahmednagar, Jun 15 (UNI) Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today paid a visit to the Sai Baba temple here and said it has become an international pilgrimage centre.
Mr Modi, who arrived here at 1045 hours was greeted by District BJP president Pratap Dhakne and others. Later, during his meeting with the temple authorities, Mr Modi urged them to develop Shirdi into an educational centre and also help tackle the problem of malnutrition.
Speaking to mediapersons he said he was in the district only to visit the temple and would talk on no other issue. Earlier, he also held a meeting with the party workers in the district.
