VB files case against 2 gazetted officers

Chandigarh, Jun 12: The Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has recommended registration of criminal cases against two gazetted officers, ten non-gazetted officials and seven others as they were found guilty in the inquiries conducted by the Bureau.

While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Bureau said that departmental action had also been recommended against four gazetted officers and 38 non-gazetted officials and 183 others on the bases of inquiries conducted.

He said that the Bureau caught red handed 11 officers and officials while accepting gratification ranging from Rs 1000 to Rs 20,000.
