Omaxe forays into Dubai; to build projects worth Rs 2,850 cr
New Delhi, Jun 10 (UNI) Real estate major Omaxe Ltd today said it has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai called Rohtas Holdings (Gulf) Ltd.
Through this subsidiary, Omaxe will develop a residential project in Dubai with a project value of about Rs 1,350 crore, a statement said.
The project will be carried out by a special purpose vehicle 'Golden Crescent RED and General Trading Ltd', it added.
Omaxe will also develop another project in The World, Dubai with a value of about Rs 1,500 crore through a SPV 'Marine Sands Ltd'.
