Sena activists protest against petrol price hike
Mumbai, Jun 6: Shiv Sena activists today halted the local trains at Mulund Railway Station to protest against the hike in prices of petrol, diesel and LPG by the Union Government.
Local train, which is the lifeline of the commercial city of the country, was halted for 15-20 minutes, by the Shiv Sainiks at the Mulund station from 0950 hrs.
Trains were halted from 0950 to 1005 hrs, Central Railway spokesperson A K Singh said.
Now the trains are running 20-25 minutes late.
However, no train has been cancelled, he added.
