Mah: 3 labourers killed, 2 hurt in construction work

Aurangabad (Maharashtra), June 6: In a tragic incident, three labourers were killed and two other injured when a beam fell on them, at a construction site in Gangapur tehsil of the district.

The incident occurred yesterday, when a beam came down from about 20 ft and fell on labourers at the construction site of Sai Agrotech in Waluj Industrial Estate.

The deceased have been identified as Kantabai Madhav Pawar (60), Vikas Madhukar Bhalerao (16) and Shobhabai (30). Two injured have been admitted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), police said.

A case has been registered with Waluj MIDC police station.
