Over Rs 14 lakh donated to Karunanidhi by cadre

Chennai, June 5 (UNI) An total sum of Rs 14,57,492 was donated by partymen, in lieu of garlands, on the occasion of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's 85th birthday celebrations on June three.

The amount had been given to the Chief Minister's General Relief fund, a party release here said today.
