EIL to form JV with Tecnimont SPA, Italy: Cabinet

New Delhi, Jun 5: The Union Cabinet today gave its approval for formation of a Joint Venture Company by Engineers India Ltd (EIL) with Tecnimont SPA, Italy with registered office in Madeira, Portugal.

The government authorised EIL to make its share of investment of 30 per cent equity participation of the authorised share capital of the JV, Information and Broadcasting Minister Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi told reporters.
