Advani says, UPA Government has signed its own exit

New Delhi, June 5 : Slamming the Congress led UPA Government's Wednesday's declaration of fuel price hike, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader LK Advani on Thursday said the drive will lead to the party's downfall.

Advani said, "Congress led UPA Government has signed its own exit. It is going to have a cascading effect on prices of all commodities."

Advani was speaking on the sidelines of a function where a book on Arvind Lele, a late BJP leader, was released.

The government had on Wednesday announced an increase in the prices of petrol and diesel by about 10 per cent and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by 17 per cent, the biggest hike in fuel prices in 12 years which.
