Sam Sappro brands Madonna 'absolutely vulgar'

Melbourne, June 3 : Not getting on the top might be hard for many, but singer Sam Sappro seems to have taken it harder than most.

The artist's 'Black and Gold' was kept from the top spot by Madonna's '4 Minutes'.

And now he's making it personal by triggering a full on attack on her.

"Madonna is wretched at the moment - absolutely vulgar," News.com.au quoted him, as saying in Attitude magazine.

"Put it away! You're not young and sexy anymore.

"She went thoughtful and mature for a while, and now she's chucked it away in some desperate attempt at being hot again.

"It's just a bit vile," he added.

And that's not all. He added: "I definitely think she's had some work done - like a recent facelift."
