Land dispute claims three lives in Bhojpur

Ara, Jun 3: Assailants killed two members of a family while villagers lynched one of the killers at Sripalpur village under Koelver police station area in Bhojpur district today.

Police said a group of armed miscreants shot dead one Ramesh Kumar and his nephew following a land dispute.

Later, the villagers nabbed one of the assailants while he was trying to flee and lynched him to death on the spot.

An FIR had been lodged against nine persons and one of them had been arrested so far in connection with the murder case, police added.
