Gang of robbers busted in North West Delhi

New Delhi, June 2 (UNI) With the arrest of three people from North West Delhi, police today claimed to have busted a gang of robbers and solved nine cases.

Aheson Abbas alias Monu, Jitender alias Haddi and Ravi were arrested from Mangolpuri on May 31.

Police said, during interrogation, they confessed to being involved in the murder of one Milan in the area on May 25.

They also robbed Milan of his mobile.

Police have recovered the murder weapon-- a knife-- and the stolen mobile phone.

Police said their records revealed that the three were involved in seven other cases of robbery.
