10,665 cases disposed of by mobile courts in five days in Siwan

Siwan, Jun 2 (UNI) Mobile courts disposed of 10, 665 cases during the past five days in various blocks of the district.

A release from Siwan unit of Bihar State Legal Services Authority said five mobile courts were functional in 18 blocks of the district which disposed of 10,665 cases pertaning to civil, criminal and Bank loans among others.

Addressing a function, organised to mark the winding up of the mobile courts in the area, district and sessions judge Gopalji Prasad said disposal of such a vast number of cases with mutual consent in a short span of time would ease the presure on routine courts.

People should be encouraged to seek redressal of their grievances from mobile courts for speedy justice, he added.
