Ukrainian dead, 3 injured in accident at IGI airport

New Delhi, Jun 1: A Ukrainian national was killed and three others injured when a bus ran over them at the Indira Gandhi International Airport early today. Airport sources said the accident happened around 0100 hrs on the city side of the airport. The bus which was apparently hired by an airliner to ferry its crew, ran over the four victims just outside the terminal.

The four were rushed to the Spinal Injuries Hospital in Vasant Kunj, where the Ukrainian, Mikhailo was declared as brought dead. Among the injured, one has been kept under observation and the other two were discharged, sources said.
