Som Distilleries to expand capacity; to invest Rs 29 cr

New Delhi, May 30 (UNI) Som Distilleries&Breweries Ltd today said it has undertaken expansion of its capacity for bottling and brewing from 3.6 million cases to 7.2 million cases of beer, with an investment of Rs 29 crore.

The expansion will cost Rs 29 crores, which will be arranged by the promoters' internal accruals and their relatives and friends without any assistance of bank/financial institutions, a company statement said.

The Machineries for the expansion has been purchased from world-renowned suppliers from Germany are Krones and KHS.
