Karnataka Assembly special session from June 4
Bangalore, May 30: The maiden session of the 13th Karnataka Legislative Assembly will be convened on June 4, in which Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa will seek a vote of confidence.
Addressing newspersons after the customary first meeting of the new Cabinet, Mr Yeddyurappa said Governor Rameshwar Thakur would be requested to convene the three-day session. He said he would seek vote of confidence during the session. The new Speaker of the House would also be elected then.The Chief Minister said no important decision would be taken until the new Government won the trust vote.
