Police moves application for narco test of Dr Talwar
Noida, May 29 (UNI) Hours after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati announced to hand over the Aarushi murder case to the CBI, the Noida police today moved an application in a local court requesting for narco analysis and brain mapping test on the victim's father Dr Rajesh Talwar, the main acused.
Police moved an application in the court of chief judicial magistrate A K Singh. The Noida police also requested the court to extend the remand of Dr Talwar. The application was moved by Sector 20 Police station incharge Jagbir Singh Malik, who is also the investigating officer.
The CJM's court had on May 27 sent Dr Talwar to three-day police custody after police said it wanted to recover the weapon of crime from him and interrogate him further for the murder of Aarushi and the family's domestic help Hemraj.
