Rupee moves up at 42.85/86 per USD

Mumbai, May 28: Rupee today rose to 42.85/86 against US Dollar, gained about eleven paise from its previous close of 42.95/96 per Dollar as the global crude oil prices came off record high.

The Indian currency moved up after two days of falls, lifted by expectations that oil refiners may slow their Dollar purchases after global prices retreated from record peaks, dealers said.
