New Delhi, May 28 (UNI) Brushing aside allegations of 'abduction' of people by its personnel in naxal-infested areas, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) today said naxals were levelling false charges.
Reacting to allegations of naxals that two school girls had been abducted by the its personnel in Kankar, Chhattisgarh, the CRPF said framing central para-military forces by levelling false charges was a ploy of naxals.
''It is a false propaganda by the naxals,'' the CRPF maintained.
Stressing that even the state police denied any such arrest, the CRPF said all charges against its personnel have been probed.
''Our inquiry had also found the allegations of arrest and abduction baseless,'' the CRPF added.
