Mana village, attracts tourists

Mana, May 26, 2008: Mana village, the last human habitation point near the India-Tibet border in the Himalayas, is emerging as a tourist destination in India's northern Uttarakhand state.

Mana is also the base point to visit Vyas Gufa (cave), Ganesh Gufa, Bhim Pul (bridge) and Vasundhara Falls in the surrounding areas, places linked to the Hindu epic Mahbharata. Many of the devotees visiting Badrinath come to Mana to offer prayers at these places.
