Parle Software ties up with Samay Tech Inc, USA

Mumbai, May 27: Parle Software Ltd has tied up with the software solutions provider company, Samay Technologies Inc, USA for entrusting of the source code of the ERP software.

As per the terms of the Memoradum of Understanding (MoU), the company will develop the software onsite and customize it as per the client specifications. This would help the company to penetrate the global market and at the same time, to zero down the exchange fluctuation risks in a volatile foreign exchange conditions, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange.

To oversee the software operations to be carried out by Samay Technologies Inc, the company has also set up a dedicated corporate office at Park Avenue in New York, USA, which will become operational from June 1, it added.
