Large number of explosives recovered

Shillong, May 27: The Meghalaya police has recovered huge quantity of explosives from West Khasi Hills district in the state yesterday.

Police said about 27 gelatin sticks and 38 detonators were found from an abandoned house at Mawkyrwat there.

However, no arrest has been made in this connection so far and investigation was on, police added.
