Educomp Solutions form 2 JVs with Raffles in India, China
New Delhi, May 27 (UNI) Educomp Solutions Ltd today said it has formed two new joint ventures, in India and China each, with Raffles Education Corp.
''While India JV is for Professional education pursuits, China JV is for K 12 business initiatives,'' the company said in a statement.
Under the terms of the agreement, the existing Raffles Design Institute in Mumbai will be merged into the JV operations. The 50:50 partnership will be rolled out over the next two to three years.
In India, the agreement will bring the entire suite of the Group's professional development programmes and courses to the country, providing large student population with meaningful alternatives when they graduate from high school.
In China, the two companies will partner with each other to bring the entire suite of Educomp's extensive programmes and products for K 12 students in the country, it added.
