Chinese grenades recovered in Reasi

Jammu, May 27: The Jammu and Kashmir Police recovered a haul of ammunition, including Chinese grenades, in tehsil Mahore of Reasi district, official sources said here today.

''Based on specific information about dumping of a huge cache in a hideout, the police party launched a search operation last night in Bhallar area of tehsil Mahore and recovered arms and ammunition,'' the sources told UNI.

Two Chinese grenades, seven UBGL grenades, one pistol magazine with three pistol rounds, ten rounds of 303, one wireless set and one 'desi' knife were recovered from the site, the sources added.
