Cement export from Gujarat ports allowed

New Delhi, May 27: The government today said it has allowed cement exports of two million tonnes annually from Gujarat with immediate effect.

''The Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has released the notification today. Cement export of two million tonnes will be allowed from Gujarat ports,'' Commerce secretary G K Pillai told reporters here.
