Britney's new man gets her dad's blessing

London, May 27 : The new man in Britney Spears' life doesn't have to worry about disapproving parents, for he's already got the seal of approval from her family.

After two failed marriages, Britney is currently dating Jason Trewick, a friend she's known for a long time.

And, the one who approves the most is her dad Jamie who has been telling pals that the young man is a "stabilising influence" on the singer.

"Jamie thinks Jason would be a great match for Britney," the Mirror quoted a source, as saying.

Britney gave the world its first look at her man at the 50th birthday party of fashion mogul Christian Audigier.

"She always had a thing for bad boys but now she realises good guys can be attractive, too," said a guest at the party.
