Miscreants set ablaze one house, three injured

Kohima, May 26: Three persons received burn injuries when a few unidentified miscreants set ablaze a house in the Sunrise colony at Dimapur town last night.

Police said the house belonged to one Aso Tangkhul.

Two policemen, of a patrol party, and a civilian were injured while trying to extinguish the fire, police said adding that the owner of the house fled soon after his house was set on fire.

Meanwhile, proscribed NSCN-IM has alleged that some members of their rival faction was involved in the incident.
