Mortal remains of 'shahid' brought to native village
Faizabad, May 25 (UNI) Mortal remains of army jawan Chandra Prakash Tiwari, who died in border firing in Punch area, were brought here today from Kashmir.
The 'shahid' was brought fron Srinagar to Lucknow via air route and from here it followed the road route to Faizabad Dogra regiment.
Later, the jawan's body was taken to his ancestral village, where it will be cremated with full state honour.
Tiwari of Laxipur Revana village had joined Indian Army eight-years-ago.
He is survived by a wife and two children.
On May 23, Tiwari lost his life, while fighting for the country at Punch area of Indo-Pakistan border.
