Crompton Greaves Q4 net up 47.4% to Rs 103.07 cr

New Delhi, May 23 (UNI) Crompton Greaves Ltd today said its net profit increased 47.4 per cent to Rs 103.07 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 69.92 crore in the same period previous year.

The company said in a statement that its total income for Q4FY08 increased 17.9 per cent to Rs 1,183.59 crore as against Rs 1,003.27 crore for Q4FY07.

Crompton Greaves posted 63.1 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 313.92 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 192.37 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The FY08 total income increased 15.9 per cent to Rs 3,945.39 crore from Rs 3,402.49 crore last fiscal.
