Counting of Hamirpur PC by-election on May 27 : Nanda
Shimla, May 23 (UNI) The counting of votes for Hamirpur Parliamentary Constituency by-election held yesterday would be taken up on May 25 at Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Una and Dehra, Himachal Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer Manisha Nanda said here today.
She said that as many as 1100 officials including four Observers, 18 Returning Officers, Assistant Returning Officers have been deployed for the counting, which would commence at 0700 hrs.
Ms Nanda further informed that the counting of votes would be held assembly segment-wise and results would be out by evening that day.
She said that counting of Postal Ballot papers will be done in Government PG College Hamirpur.
