CBI court rejects bail plea of Dr Saraj and Jagdish
Ambala, May 23 (UNI) The CBI courts today dismissed the bail applications of Dr Saraj and Jagdish both accused in the Kidney removal scam.
The special CBI Majistrate Dr Abdul Majid declined the plea of Jagdish who had sought bail stating that he had been implicated in the case without any solid reason and therefore, should be granted bail.
The CBI Judge R K Saini in whose court, another accused Dr Saraj had filed application seeking bail on similar grounds, also disallowed bail after hearing the arguments from the CBI that the accused was making excuses to get the bail.
Next date for hearing the case was fixed to June 3.
