Flight develops snag, returns

Chennai, May 21 (UNI) A Singapore-bound Air India flight, IC-555, which departed from Chennai International Airport here at 0050 hrs last night, immediately returned due to a technical snag.

The flight with 137 passengers onboard returned to the airport at 0140 hrs.

All the passengers were taken to Singapore by another aircraft at 0700 hrs this morning.
