Ganesh Naik misusing his powers, alleges Shiv sena
Mumbai, May 20 (UNI) Shiv Sena spokesperson Dr Neelam Gorhe today alleged that Maharashtra environment minister and NCP leader Ganesh Naik was misusing his power for the benefit of his son's electoral prospects in the Thane Lok Sabha byelection.
''Money power and use of kids for campaign is being done and Sena would launch a complaint against him with the Election Commission,'' she told reporters.
Ms Gorhe challenged deputy Chief Minister R R Patil to re-open the file, which could highlight the death of former Thane district Shiv Sena chief Anand Dighe.
Her remark was in response to Mr Patil's statement, saying that he would have to re-open the file pertaining to the death of late Dighe.
