Sierra Atlantic signs agreement with Callidus Software
Hyderabad, May 19 (UNI) Sierra Atlantic, an offshoring enterprise applications and outsourced product development company, today announced that it has closed an agreement with Callidus Software, the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM).
The master services agreement would cover areas such as professional services, development and support. The partnership would support Callidus Software's continued delivery of superior competency in product development, consulting services and technical support, a release said here today.
Under the agreement, Sierra Atlantic would provide a range of operations for Callidus Software's fast-growing on-demand business, including engineering capabilities and 24/7 technical services.
Callidus Software would train specialists at Sierra Atlantic's delivery center in the city to implement a broad range of integrated 'Software-as-a-Service' (SaaS) product development processes and technology solutions.
''The launch of an operations centre in India emphasises our strong commitment to innovation and product leadership. In partnering with Sierra Atlantic, we augment our ability to execute on a number of strategic initiatives while maintaining a prudent cost structure,'' Callidus Software Senior Vice-President (Engineering) Mike Graves said.
