BSEL Infra signs MoU with Malaysian IRDA
New Delhi, May 19: BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (M0U) with Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) to develop Iskandar Malaysia, with an investment of Rs 18,000 crore.
The investment, to be made over a period of twelve years, will be used to develop Iskandar Malaysia, designed to be Southern Peninsular Malaysia's most developed region, the company today said in a statement. IRDA will help BSEL seek approvals and permissions from various authorities for facilitating its development process, it added.
