Minister's son cracks civil services examination
New Delhi, May 18 (UNI) M Narasimha Raju, son of Union Minister of State for Surface Transport K H Muniappa has successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services examination's and is likely to get into Indian Revenue Service(IRS).
Mr Raju, who has secured 516th position in the examination, was a student of Satya Sai Institution in Muddenahalli in Kolar.
After getting the news of his selection for the IRS, he said his aim would now be to crack the future Civil Services examinations to get into the Indian Administrative Services(IAS) so that he could serve the people of the country.
In all, 734 candidates qualified the 2007 Civil Services examinations.
