Ban on government jobs lifted: Chouhan
Alirajpur, MP, May 17 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today announced lifting of ban on government jobs in the state and said recruitment drive for vacant posts would start soon.
Mr Chouhan, while addressing a public meeting at Alirajpur district headquarters which came into existence today, also announced granting Sounwa tahsil in Jhabua district tehsil status.
Referring to the Annapoorna Yojana, he said the government was making wheat and rice available at subsidised rate to poor. He also talked about other government schemes.
He announced providing Rs one crore for the development of Alirajpur.
