Tata Investment to raise Rs 448 cr via bonds rights issue

New Delhi, May 16 (UNI) Tata Investment Corp Ltd today said its board approved raising Rs 448 crore through a rights issue of convertible bonds.

One zero coupon convertible bond, with warrant, of face value of Rs 650 each will be issued for every five ordinary shares held, a company statement said.
