Four cubs born at national park in MP
Bhopal, May 15 (UNI) With a tigress giving birth to four cubs at the Pench Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh, the number of cubs in the National Park has increased to 16.
''A Joint Wildlife Habitat Evaluation with Dehradun-based Wildlife Institute of India recently informed that the number of tigers were 33, excluding cubs, in Pench Tiger,'' said Principal Chief Conservator of Forest P B Gangopadhyay, adding that the cubs were born on May 14.
Forests Minister Kunwar Singh has directed the department officers to take full care of the new cubs.
