Mariah Carey to marry Nick Cannon every year

Melbourne, May 14 : Singer Mariah Carey, who recently wed Nick Cannon in a secret ceremony, has revealed that she plans to marry her new hubby every year.

In a tell-all interview to Ellen DeGeneres, the 38-year-old singer revealed that the couple plans to renew their nuptials every year.

"Instead of trying to be like, 'you're invited, but, shhh, don't tell anybody,' we're just going to have another (wedding) next year," the Daily Telegraph quoted Carey, as saying.

"(Nick's) plan is to have one every year," she added.

Talking about the people present at their Caribbean wedding, Carey revealed that it was "mainly people there to do my hair and help me with the dress."

The couple had brought along only three friends each.

"We wanted to be on the beach and we didnt want other people taking pictures," she added.

When asked about how she looks into the future, Carey said she's found the man she wants to have kids with.

"My parents divorced when I was three and I didn't have many examples of what was the 'norm'", she said.

But with Cannon she insists, "I found the right person."
