Hema Malini confident of BJP coming to power in Karnataka

Udupi, May 13 (UNI) BJP's star campaigner and Rajyasabha Member, Bollywood actress Hema Malini today expressed confidence that the party would be emerging as the single largest after in the elections to Karnataka Assembly.

''I am confident of BJP bouncing back to power in Karnataka as the single largest party by getting the maximum number of votes.'', she said, addressing a press conference at Kaup.

She said BJP during its 20-month rule as a coalition partner of JD(S), had taken up many developmental programmes to provide basic ammenities.

The failed JD(S) and Congress coalition in 2004 would be a blessing in disguise for BJP to emerge as the single largest party in this election, she claimed.
