Yashwant Sinha faints while leading BJP stir against Koda govt
Ranchi, May 12 (UNI) BJP leader and former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha today fainted under a gruelling May sun while leading thousands of party activists in an agitation against Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda to protest the state government's alleged failure to check price hike and corruption.
Mr Sinha, who braved scorching sun to march from historic Morhabadi Ground and almost managed to break police barricade near the Chief Minister's residence on Kanke Road fainted and was rushed to a city based hospital.
The party workers first gathered at Morhabadi ground and took out a procession at about 1400 hrs leading to the high security zone.
