Cash, cars seized in Hubli

Hubli, Karnataka, May 11: Police seized Rs 15 lakh in cash and two cars, suspected to be meant for voters, in Belavanaki village of Gadag district.

Police said they also arrested four persons yesterday after they failed to produce necessary documents for carrying the money.

Meanwhile, Haveri police has seized spirit worth over Rs three lakh and arrested three people from a farm house near Ranebennur.
