Indian ships with relief supplies reach Myanmar
Yangon, May 9th 2008 : Two Indian Naval Ships carrying essential relief material supplies berthed alongside at a naval jetty in Yangon on Wednesday, May 8 evening.
Naval ships Rana and Kirpan, which were pre-positioned at Port Blair were tasked to proceed to Myanmar on Monday, May 05. The ships are carrying necessary disaster relief material such as food, tentage, clothes, medicine, blankets etc.
