Karnal, May 10 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today made it clear that Haryana would not stop supply of water to Delhi.
''Haryana will continue to supply water to Delhi as it is the capital of India,'' Mr Hooda said while interacting with newsmen at the naval air strip here during his third visit to Indri constituency during the past one week to seek votes for Congress candidate Bhim Sen Mehta.
The Chief Minister had accompanied Mr Mehta, a former minister in the Bansi Lal government from Indri to the district head quarters on May 4, the day he had filed his nomination.
He addressed meetings in about twelve villages today adjoining Kunj Pura.
