10 kg RDX recovered in Jammu

Jammu, May 10: A huge quantity of explosives and ammunition, including 10 kg RDX powder, were recovered from a militant hideout at Suchani forest area of Samba district in Jammu and Kashmir, official spokesman today said.

During a joint search operation conducted by army and police in Suchani forests last night 10 kg RDX, 111 pika rounds, two UBGL grenades, two detonators and a radio set were recovered from a hideout, defence spokesman LT Col S D Goswami said.
