It's splitsville for Liv Tyler, hubby

Washington, May 9 : Another celebrity marriage that has not stood the test of time is that of Liv Tyler and British rocker hubby Royston Langdon, with the couple announcing their split.

The news of the separation came on Thursday, May 8, with Tyler's publicist confirming the news.

"Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have confirmed their separation," People quoted the publicist, as saying.

However, the rep said that the couple remain good friends, and devoted parents to their son Milo.

"They remain good friends and devoted parents to their son Milo and are requesting that their family's privacy be respected at this time."

Tyler, 30, and Langdon, 36, wed in 2003 in a private ceremony at a villa in the Caribbean.

Their son Milo was born in December 2004.

Rumours of a split started when Tyler was seen without her wedding ring at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala.
