Shah to be sworn in as new Chief Justice of Delhi HC
New Delhi, May 9 (UNI) Justice Ajeet Prakash Shah would be sworn in as the new Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court here on Sunday.
Lt Governor Tajendra Khanna will administer the oath to the new Chief Justice at a ceremony at Raj Niwas on Sunday morning, an official release said here.
Justice Shah was till recently the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court.
Justice T S Thakur at present is the acting Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court.
