Infotech bags contract from Australia
Hyderabad, May 9 (UNI) The city-based Infotech Enterprises Limited, a Global Technology Solutions provider, today announced that it has been awarded a three year contract to provide solutions in GIS and data management services to Powercor Australia Ltd, one of the largest electricity distribution companies in Australia.
In a press release, Infotech Chairman and Managing Director BVR Mohan Reddy said, ''we are proud to have won this contract from Powercor Australia. This agreement strengthens and reinforces the successful, long-term relationship Infotech has enjoyed with Powercor Australia.
''We believe that we are providing tremendous value to Powercor Australia with our domain knowledge in GIS and data management,'' he said,'' he said.
Powercor Australia is one of the largest electricity distributors, which supplies electricity to regional and rural centres in central and western Victoria, and Melbourne's outer western suburbs.
