New Delhi, May 9: GVK Power and Infrastructure Ltd today said it has acquired the entire equity share capital of GVK Energy Pvt Ltd and GVK Developmental Projects Pvt Ltd. The acquisition included 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the two companies, a company statement said.
