Brit women push an iron 215 miles in their lifetime!

London, May 9 : Brit women surely spend a good amount of their lives ironing clothes, for according to a new survey, the nation's ladies push an iron 215 miles in their lifetime.

Blokes, on the other hand, cover a total of only 73 miles.

Every week the average woman spends an hour and 14 minutes pressing clothes, covering 120 yards each time, the survey found, reports The Sun.

A poll of 3,500 adults for a household goods maker found the average person irons 20 items a week.

Half have ruined garments - and a quarter of men still get mum to iron for them.
